The construction of a 2500 sqm building on the site of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Kisangai is being coordinated by R&SD. The approach followed and techniques used are inspiring and provide role models to modern and sustainable building in Central Africa. Our site engineer, Eugène Tudico, has taken on the challenge and led the work remarkably. Over forty workers and technicians are being trained on the site.

The Embassador of the European Union, his Excellency Mr Jean-Michel Dumond, and his close advisers had the chance to visit the construction site in April 2016. The Delegation of the European Union acknowledged efforts and results in this unique sustainable architecture project despite harsh working conditions.
