STATERA Sarl, a Congolese company, was established in May 2024 by Ms Bijou Ngalula, a long-standing R&SD collaborator, and Mr Eugène Tudico, a partner in R&SD Construction SIA.

Ms. Ngalula will assume responsibility for the company's management, while Mr. Tudico will oversee technical operations.

The following fields fall within the remit of STATERA's operations:

• Civil engineering
• Wholesaling of other industrial equipment and supplies
• Real estate development
• Construction of complete buildings

The company will provide R&SD in the Democratic Republic of Congo with a qualified workforce, notably for ongoing projects linked to CIFOR (Center for International Forestry Research).
